What Makes Us Different?

WestTCM uses the open source content management system called Drupal. This is the same system that the White House, MTV UK, Greenpeace, Greatful Dead and more... We bring this same power and flexibility to your small or medium sized businesses.

The sites we build are based on a easy to use drupal content management system (i.e. once it is complete you can edit & add new pages, change menus, & search engine optimize your site, simply, all by yourself!). This also means that your site will have so much built into its foundation that its expansion would be almost limitless depending on your passion to learn about the drupal system we use. If you can use facebook or microsoft word you can use our sites. We build it, you use it. Its as simple as that. Think of the $ you will save on website updating costs.

The basic process looks like this...

1. communications based on an outline & questions we will send you so we can get clear on what you need, especially the main 'goal' of your website.
2. from this communication, a concise contract will be drafted in point form work statement format.
3. we will then send you a contract to be signed and faxed back to us.
4. when contract is signed, all necessary content for the site is received, and 50% deposit is payed to westtcm@gmail.com PayPal, construction will commence.
5. Once each point on the contract is complete, we will ask you to review the site. This is your opportunity to voice any aspects of the website that you feel do not fulfill the contract work statement points. We perform one round of changes that are agreed to be necessary for contract compliance, then a FINAL review by you (the client) is done. Agreed upon changes will be completed. These will be the last changes done, as stated in the contract agreement.
6. final 50% of payment due.
7. phase 2 ideas can be discussed at this time.

Youtube & other video site embedding capabilities, SEO package: sitemap auto-submission to major search engines, clean url page titles, Easy to manage menu systems, Google analytic ready, Favicon logo image, basic install of necessary core open source drupal platform: includes views, cck, pathauto, backup, Menu management: suckerfish or nicemenus, views and accordion dhtml menus, Permissions & user management, Server/Hosting: setting up database and domain name, Custom content type set up: for all pages above, Links package, Contact form, WYSIWYG easy text editor for end user (‘customer’)., Site theming: basic theming & modifications
